Ms. Tam brings deep experience and heartfelt passion to her role as Educational Program Lead at Clear Lake Montessori School. She holds an AMS Early Childhood Credential, along with a Master's and Ph.D. in Linguistics & Applied Linguistics, and has over 10 years of teaching experience—five of those in Montessori classrooms. A lifelong learner, Ms. Tam earned her Texas Child-Care Director Credential and is currently pursuing training in the Montessori Administrator Course.

Madhuchhanda, most commonly known as Madhu, holds her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from India. She has also done two years of Diploma in Computer Application from India. After working for 7 years with the telecom industry in India, she came to Houston in 2006 along with her husband. She was a stay-at-home mom before joining the Clear Lake Montessori family in 2016.

With nearly a decade of experience in education and a background in Modern Languages, Estefania found her true calling when she discovered the Montessori philosophy three years ago. Since then, she has embraced Montessori as more than just a method—it's become a way of life and a deep belief in the capabilities of every child.

Hi! This is Yuting. I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Education in China and graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake with the Master’s Degree in Multicultural Studies of Education. I am completing my Montessori Credentials through the American Montessori Society. I can fluently speak Mandarin and Cantonese and am also well versed in English. I have gained my Montessori training and experience here at CLMS.

I am filled with joy to be a part of the CLMS community. To me, education is a wonderful journey we take together, and I am honored to guide your children along their path of discovery. With sixteen years of experience in Early Childhood education, I have dedicated my career to the Montessori philosophy. I hold a degree in Chinese Literature as well as a specialized teaching degree. In 2019, I furthered my commitment to the Montessori method by earning my Early Childhood Credential from the Gulf Coast Montessori Teacher Education Center. I am deeply passionate about the Montessori approach because it respects the unique spirit of every child. My goal is to create a supportive environment where children feel free to develop their individual skills, find their voice, and joyfully reach their full potential. On a personal note, I am the proud mother of three children: Jeannie, Andre, and Anson. I look forward to a beautiful year of growth, community, and learning with your family!

Ms Farah is working as a Early childhood lead teacher in Clearlake Montessori since 2020. She holds her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Pakistan. She finished child-development Associates in 2006 from Orlando Tech Florida. She has 17 years of teaching experience in both AMS and AMI affiliated montessori schools. She finished her International montessori diploma in 2015. She believes that working with children is like to celebrate success every day.

Hello! My name is Dora May Guerra, and I am proud to serve as an Assistant Teacher at Clear Lake Montessori School. With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and a Montessori Assistant Teacher Certification, I am passionate about supporting each child’s growth and independence through the Montessori philosophy. Before joining CLMS, I spent 15 years at another Montessori school, and for the past five years, I’ve been part of this wonderful community.

About Me: Hi! I’m Ms. Dinar Dhuka, and I’m so excited to be a part of CMS! I’ve been teaching preschoolers for over four years, and I truly love what I do. Fun Facts: I absolutely love listening to podcasts, especially while tending to my growing collection of plants (I’m definitely a bit obsessed!). I’m originally from Pakistan, and I take pride in bringing a mix of my culture and creativity into the classroom. Oh, and I’m a Taurus which means I’m loyal, patient, and love creating calm, beautiful spaces for my students to learn and grow. My name is Paula Andrea Naranjo Quintero, and I am a Montessori teacher with experience working with children from 1 to 5 years old. Hi, I am Ms Farida! Caring for little ones has always been my greatest joy. For more than 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with infants, guiding and nurturing them through their earliest stages of growth and discovery. Before joining Clear Lake Montessori School, I spent 18 wonderful years working with children in India, where I found my true calling in early childhood education.

Ms. Sadia brings over 10 years of extensive experience working with infants, and from the moment she joined us, we have seen her warm, nurturing approach and exceptional interactions with our babies. Her passion for early childhood education shines through in the way she comforts, engages, and encourages each child in her care.

Ms. Jinxiang is our caring school chef who helps nourish our children each day with thoughtful meals and also supports the classroom with warmth and kindness whenever needed.
