With nearly a decade of experience in education and a background in Modern Languages, Estefania found her true calling when she discovered the Montessori philosophy three years ago. Since then, she has embraced Montessori as more than just a method—it’s become a way of life and a deep belief in the capabilities of every child.
For the past two years, she has guided young learners in Montessori classrooms, fostering environments built on trust, respect, and curiosity. She believes in observing each child closely, meeting them where they are, and preparing the environment so they can thrive at their own pace. Her favorite moments are those when children show joy in their work, independence in their choices, and kindness in their interactions—proof that Montessori works from the inside out.
