Welcome to Clear Lake Montessori School

Founded in 1973, and located in Houston, Texas, Clear Lake Montessori School is an independent learning environment specifically designed to meet the individual needs of young children.

Our mission is to meet the needs of the whole child fully considering the emotional, intellectual, physical and social development of the total child by addressing the uniqueness of each in a nurturing, emotionally secure and academically excellent environment.
We provide an infant, toddler, preschool, kindergarten program as well as afterschool care for elementary aged students.

A Full Member school of the American Montessori Society, our school features fully equipped, spacious classrooms and a large shaded playground, including a childrens’ vegetable garden and butterfly garden.

Admission

The very best way to understand the Montessori philosophy of education is to come visit the school while we are in session. Please call 281-486-4971 to make an appointment for an individual tour. Tours usually run 30-45 minutes.
We ask that your first visit be without your child. We will gladly schedule another visit for you and your child when he or she can have special time with the teacher.
